Wow...umm...I haven't updated my journal since the beginning of this semester. I'm basically the master of fail. But that's mostly because I kind of migrated fully to GreatestJournal without realizing I was fully migrating to GreatestJournal; it lent itself FAR better to RPing, so I started RPing there...and eventually, I got a journal for character development, which then turned into a CDJ/personal journal.

But now, my darlings, GreatestJournal is on its deathbed. They will claim it is not, but that is because they do not like to tell us what is going on. :( Anyway, we folks of GreatestJournal are now migrating. I'm not sure if I will end up back here, on InsaneJournal, or on CommieJournal, but jasdakjsd, life is crazy. I'm going to move my journal to coeur_delanuit, though, since I've been meaning to move for a long time, anyway, and now all of my journals will match. So now, again, in big letters, just in case people didn't read this first part...

MOVING TO coeur_delanuit. SORRY I HAVEN'T UPDATED IN A LONG TIME.

You can feel free to add me if you like, though I admit I was bad-bad and did not update this for a long time. I'm sad that I've lost touch with a lot of you. :(

I wish LJ, IJ, and CJ were as nice-looking as GJ...but I suppose that is life.

Thanks to everyone who commented yesterday. :) <3 you all.

I randomly decided to make my journal "Friends Only." No particular reason...just wanted to. Heh. So This will be my last public entry...and I'm too lazy to go back and make all my past entries private, so they'll stay the way they are. Heh. So today I made a friends only banner and an entire new layout to match it! Check it out! ;)

Not much happened today or yesterday...yesterday basically the only note-worthy thing I did was watch "Kate and Leopold" on TV...My Aunt Stacy and Granny came over to see baby Kimberly, too, but that's about it.

Today, woke up and went to church...We took little Kimberly along, of course. :) It was her first official outing. Lol. We don't do much. XD Everybody gravitated towards us to see the baby. Lol. Good way to meet new people. If anyone by any chance has a request, I'd love to give it a go. :)

Made two more icons today that I'll probably post later. In fact, the one I'm using for this post is one of those two. I thought it came out pretty cool...I'm fiddling around with Gimp some more and seeing what happens. Pretty nifty. <33

That's about it for now...ugh...I have school tomorrow. -_- I really, REALLY don't wanna go. *whimpers*

It's officially 2005 in Texas now. :) I came back from Abby's so I could be with my parents and precious baby Kimberly at midnight. Precious pictures were taken, but they're still on the digital camera. <33

Had fun with Abby. We went and saw "Lemony Snickets's A Series of Unfortunate Events" and I thought it was a good movie. Odd and made me wanna cry at times, but a good movie. <33 We accidentally told my dad to be there thirty minutes earlier than the movie ended on accident (we miscalculated), so I felt terrible when we got out and he had been waiting...I'm just now getting over that and it happened at 6:00...and that's only because I apolgized like twenty times, even though he insisted it was okay. I felt like a terrible daughter.

Then I went over to Abby's for a few hours. We made big huge ice cream sundaes that were yummy. <33 Then we went upstairs and felt pathetic for not having boyfriends. XD Then we felt pathetic for feeling pathetic about not having boyfriends since as I said before, we logically know that we don't want them. What we want is Christian guy friends who we're close enough to that we could just talk to them anytime. So close that we could mutually respect each other and just be great friends and was just basically perfect...then we said that such a guy did not exist...and ate our ice cream and listened to sappy love songs to feel even more pathetic.

And she had this sparkling lemonade stuff that looks like champagne; it's in a champagne-like bottle with a cork, and when you open it, it pops and overflows and has that fizzy-like thing going on...but it was cool. XD So we drank that and played Scene It until 7:30...and we dubbed 7:30 to be our New Years because I had to leave before midnight. XD It was great fun. Then we watched Princess Diaries 2...then I came home. I felt terrible about leaving her, but I wanted to be with my parents for New Years and such...yeah. I felt like such a bad person today, it's terrible. XD Whether or not I really did something bad is irrelevant. I'll still feel like a terrible person regardless. ;)

Then I realized how much I wish I could know what my parents said about me to each other when I'm not there. I mean, I'm not saying I think they bash me or anything, but I think they're under the impression that I'm an unhappy teenager with eating problems. O_O Which isn't true. I get this impression because my mom always harps on me about not eating enough and my dad nudges me to get out more. I do eat enough; I eat when I'm hungry, and I only skip breakfast if I'm SLEEPING, and even then, I make up for it later. I know they mean well, but to them it probably just sounds like denial. O_O I think they plan out who says what when. Lol. I will admit my dad's right that I should probably get out more (my mom says it occasionally too; they split it up)...I think they think I'm unhappy or something. o.O But I'm perfectly content. Lol. But I am making a New Years Resolution for the first time in my life because of me and my dad's conversation in the car on the way home: making a bigger effort to be more involved in the lives of my friends as well as activities at school. Lets see how well I follow through.

Well, I may play Final Fantasy VII for awhile, or I may go to bed...if I went to bed, the sad thing is it would be the earliest I've gone to bed all break, and it's New Years Eve. ;) Or rather, New Years Morning now. Hee. I'll see which I choose when I get off. <33

Happy New Years!!!!!!!!

    <lj:music>"He Wasn't" -- Avril Lavigne</lj:music>

Just finished for the night. :) Fun, fun day.

I woke up around 10:30 this morning and took a shower...then when I got out, me and my mom watched "The Santa Clause" together to get in the spirit. Hee. I must admit I love the first one sooo much better than the second. They did a fantastic job with it, and I love watching it. The second was cute, but in a different way. It didn't seem like they were shooting for the same goals they were in the first. In the first one, I think "magical and dreamy, but still somewhat realistic." They used great detail and made the idea plausible, even. The second seemed more silly and less serious. Still cute, but different. *shrugs* I dunno. Love them both, but every time I watch the first "The Santa Clause" movie, I always think how they did such a great job. They even got it down to Scott Calvin having a picture of Charlie when he was younger sitting on his bedside table. They thought of everything. <33

Yeah, sorry, mini-lapse into the mind of Chelsea. Heh.

And like all day I was saying over and over "It's Christmas Eve! It's Christmas Eve! In [insert amount of time] hours, we're going to Granny's!!!" Hee. I counted down all day...wouldn't want anyone to be unaware of exactly (down to the minute) how long it was until we left. Lol.

We gave our doggies their gifts. :) Two giant candy cane shaped dog chew thingies. Heh. Such a way with words, I have. XD They loved them. I sat out in the cold to pet them and love them beforehand, too. We still had a bit of snow left! *squees!* In fact, we have a teeny tiny bit left now! WE'RE HAVING A WHITE CHRISTMAS EVE! *cough* Kinda. If you count a few patches of snow in all the places where shadows have been all day...because I sure do! XD

Got there around four. I watched most of "Catch That Kid" with my cousin Ryan, and it made me giggle. The girl is such a player! XD She found out that both of her best guy friends were in love with her, and she didn't like either one, so then both of them decided they weren't going to help her with her plan...so she tells both of them (seperately, of course) that she's in love with them so they'd both agree to help her!!! It was terrible!! And then in the end when they found out, they got upset and left, but then acted like nothing ever happened and went back to help her anyway! Dude, I'd have been MAD, liek wh0a!!1! Heh. Yeah. And when I told my cousin this, he didn't understand why I was freaking out on their behalf. Hey, if the guys in the movie aren't going to be upset, dude, I guess I'll just have to be upset for them! ;)

Then we ate...and opened gifts!! ^_^

We have a $10 gift exchange...heh...and I was terrible and stole Megan's $10 gift card to Cinemark. XD The rules of the game are you can choose to pick out a gift on the table or steal from someone else if you want their gift. Most of the gifts were boring adult gifts, so I stole from Megan...who then stole my mom's neck massger. XD Who then picked out a gift that ended up being a Chia Pet. Oh well. Hehe. I felt bad, but I soon recovered. Lol. My dad teased me for being "confrontational." XD It took forever to psyche myself into stealing Megan's gift. Lol. I wouldn't have done it if I wasn't afraid of getting a jar or knife sharpener...XD My cousin Ryan (who's 12, I think? o.O) got a leveler thingy...It shines a red laser to shine against the wall to see if a pictures level...we all thought he wouldn't want it, but he started playing with it and did the whole time! XD He went outside and shined it in the neighbors' windows...heh...and on the walls, and said how he was gonna go and shine it in his friends' houses when he got home to freak them out. XD He's so silly. *giggles*

So then we got our actual gifts...I got a Spiderman 2 DVD (from Granny); a Shrek 2 DVD and teddy bear (from my Aunt Stacy, Uncle Daniel, and cousin Ryan)!! <333 I also got a big soft blanket (from...I'm not really sure, but I'm guessing my my mom's Aunt Sandra, who I'm not sure exactly what she would be in relation to me...great aunt, I guess?), and a little light-up mini lava lamp wall plug-in thingy (from Uncle David and Aunt Wendy). <33 It was great fun.

Came home...and everyone taunted me by doing everything ELSE before gifts...so I had to sit there and stare at the gifts for like thirty minutes while my brother installed Megan's floppy disk drive onto her new computer...and my mom made hot chocolate, but that's perfectly acceptable. ;)

So yes..."Santa" still came, even though we had it early. ;) We told him he needed to drop by our house first!! XD Lol.

From Santa:
-A CD player/radio for the shower
-A cute shirt that says "Digital Angel" and has little computerized wing things on the back
-Lots of chocolate and yummy things in my stocking

From Mom and Dad:
-New headphones!! <33 I've been needing them because the ones I've been using only play out of one ear, always fall off, and occasionally drop out completely. You have to move around the cord to bring in a scratchy sound if anything at all. Heh. Yes. <33
-Avril Lavigne "Under My Skin"
-Reliant K "Mmhmm"
-$50 gift card to Best Buy (love!)
-$10 gift card to Cinemark (I'm up to $20 in movie gift cards now! :P)
-$10 gift card to Chili's (looove that restaurant...^_^)
-Pretty new necklace
-"Revolve: The Complete New Testement." This is the new testement of the bible in the form of a magazine. That equals love. Lol...It's awesome. Never again will it be even a little bit boring. :P Hehe.

From Cam and Megan:
-A cute little Asian desk fountain thing. It was my first more "adult" gift from my brother. :) Lol.

And of course I can't forget the traditional Christmas Eve gift. Every year on Christmas Eve, my parents give me and my brother a new pair of pj's to wear. :) It's our tradition. This year I got precious purple pj's with monkeys!! <333 They got some for Megan, and hers was a pair of sleep pants and a shirt that says "I <3 My Geek." XD Because my brother is a computer geek. *giggles* It was hilarious.

So now I've returned to my room...to type this all. Hehe. Two Christmases down, one to go. I think we're going to my Nanna's tomorrow afternoon, though Cam and Megan won't be there until Sunday since they're going to her house tomorrow...which is why we did Christmas tonight instead of tomorrow morning like usual.

There's nothing I can really think of to do, so I'll probably head on to bed...I'm kinda tired, and the RP is dead due to it being Christmas Eve...not in the mood to make icons, and again, I'm tired...which is shocking, but oh well. <33 'Twas a good day. ^_^ I <33333 Christmas. *happy sigh*

And since it's after midnight here, MERRY CHRISTMAS, EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!! <3333333333333333333

IT'S SNOWING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:)

It makes me happy.

I woke up and watched "Jingle All the Way" with my mommy because it was SNOWING and Christmasy-like. :)

Oh, AND!!! I was watching it and nearly died with glee because I saw MICKEY'S DINER!!! I literally jumped up and started squeaking and pointing. XD I had never noticed it before, and it made me soooooooooo happy. XD My mom was on the phone in the other room, so I waited until she got back to start gushing. I'm like "I SAW THE DINER THAT'S CHARLIE'S MOM WORKS AT IN THE MIGHTY DUCKS OMG OMG OMG OMG SQUEEEEEE!!!" and she laughed...heh. It was way too exciting for words. It put me in such a cheery mood. Hee. Made my day.

Then I found out I'm gonna have to share my room with my brother's girlfriend Megan until New Years. :/ So I cleaned out under my bed so that my mom didn't know I've been stuffing everything under there when we move the bed to make room. XD So now there's a pile of junk BESIDE my bed. ;) On the side you can't see from the door, of course. Yeah. I found a bunch of papers from LAST year that I finally got around to throwing away. XD

So now I'm about to go Christmas shopping with my precious big brother Cam. :) He's gotta return Megan's gift before she gets here (and get another, I assume?) and I need to buy my mommy's gift.

Squee. <3

    <lj:music>"True" -- George Strait</lj:music>

Bleh…now I gotta remember everything that’s happened. O_O

Okay…last update was…umm..Friday, I think? Yeah, Friday…maybe…oh well.

I...…What did I do on Saturday…:/ Hmm. Oh yes!! I went to the MALL with ABBY AND BECCA, SQUEE!

Can’t believe I never wrote about that.

Anyway, Becca’s mom drove us out there, and I was again reminded how disrespectful Becca is to her family. Heh. Me and Abby were glancing at each other like “O_O”…Heh. It was weird for me because my family, like, never fights. Well, my parents and my brother fight occasionally, but I never, ever fight with my family, or really anyone for that matter. Abby does a bit, but she makes a joke of Becca’s fights with her mom/sister and is like “now, children, use KIND tones!” *giggles* She handles fighting so much better than I do. I just get uncomfortable.

So yeah…drove to Stonebriar Mall 30 minutes away, and once we got there, started shopping…They don’t really go to the same stores I usually do, but I still have fun with them. I tend to gravitate towards music stores and “Suncoast” (a movie-type store place, if by some chance you don’t know), and they looked at places like “Pottery Barn” and “Z Gallery” and other places they were going to buy gifts for their moms from. I still haven’t bought my mom’s gift yet, but these other places were pretty expensive. I know Becca has money coming out of her ears, but Abby’s dad lost his job awhile back so I know she doesn’t, though it isn’t as if she’s bad off either. I’m kinda like Abby, where I guess by most standards I’m definitely not doing bad, but it’s just crazy with Becca. Her family’s going on a cruise for Christmas, and they were COMPLAINING about it. She’s going on the French trip and acted as if the $2000 was no big deal. She didn’t even mind that there was a chance they could pay for it, and her still possibly not go. She’s a bit of a brat sometimes, though. Heh.

Heh, and poor Abby said she wasn’t in the mood to hang out with Becca that day because she said Becca was her “alter ego, and she didn’t feel like dealing with that.” XD Abby’s not the EASIEST person to get along with either. But she didn’t mind my presence, so I was relieved. Lol. The whole time she was looking at me like “please, make Becca stop complaining,” because the whole time Becca was whining about this or that, and Abby has very little patience. It makes me glad to be always on Abby’s good side. Hee. It seems I’m a personality that doesn’t aggravate her. It’s amazing, trust me. :P

So yes…Becca’s mom came back after an hour or so, and we went to the “Cheesecake Factory.” Abby and I split some Fettuccini Alfredo, but it was gross because I don’t like the way they make it there…It was expensive, but Becca’s mom was buying, so it wasn’t THAT bad. *giggles* Then Becca’s mom left, and Abby bought me, Becca, and herself two slices of cheesecake to share. They were like “Chocolate Tuxedo” and “Chocolate Raspberry” or something along those lines. I really don’t like cheesecake, but I liked the chocolate tuxedo stuff. Mmmm…hee. Yum.

Then we continued shopping…oh, I forgot something!! I gave them both their gifts, and they loved them! <33 I was sooo happy. Then Abby went to 1-5 Dollar Shop so buy stuff to dress us in as we shopped. Hee. She bought me a shiny feathery red boa (sp?) thing made for, like, five-year-olds and I wore it the whoooole time because it was cute, and people looked at me funny!!! =^_^= She got Becca a whole bunch of red bead necklaces to wear, and both of us little Christmas light necklace things. Then for all three of us, three slap bracelet things with bells on them. Hee. I remember when those were sooo popular…it was awesome. Lol. I didn’t take any of my stuff off the whole time, because I’m teh cool. Lol. And I had on my letter jacket, so it was like…yeah…it was cool, yo. *giggles* We were ever so sexy in our boas and necklaces and jingly slap bracelets as we rode the awesomely cool little kids carousel the mall has, too. XD The parents were giving us odd looks because we were the only people over, like, eight on it. XD And the dude made us buckle up on a CAROUSEL!! Me and Abby are 15, and Becca’s 14!! Abby and Becca even ride REAL horses. Heh. The old guy said “Are you gonna buckle that? *points to buckle*,” and we almost said “Aww, no, not really…but thank you for being so concerned about our safety and well being. *sweet smile*” Hee…but we didn’t. We buckled. Or actually, I was a rebel and didn’t, but I didn’t tell Abby or Becca because he didn’t catch me. *giggles* I slung it over my waist and when he checked, I moved my jacket just enough so you couldn’t see it wasn’t buckled, but it appeared as if it was. Hee. It’s not like it made any difference, but I was feeling too lazy and wanted to see if I’d get away with it. XD I’m such teh rebel. I didn’t wear a buckle on a little kids carousel!! XD

More fun stuff happened, but I’m afraid I must move on.

We visited another new church. It’s sooo small and meets in a junior high nearby. It only has one high schooler…-_- A bunch of middle schoolers, though. Oh joy. We’re gonna visit some more, though, because the church itself is the style we like. There was a “breakfast with Santa” thing they were doing during class time, and I got my picture with Santa! *squees and giggles* It was funny. I was the only one over five that was in the room at the time. ;) I am sooo cool. I was wearing my letter jacket, and the Santa guy thought I was a cheerleader. XD I took it as a compliment. Lol. But I didn’t correct him…I never correct people. Lol. Like when they say my name wrong or something…though I find it hard to mispronounce “Chelsea.” People do it though. They say “Chels-ee-uh” instead of “Chels-ee,” though I think that’s mad crazy. And like when Freshman Dean in my multimedia class called me “Sarah” for like an entire six weeks. XD

I can’t remember doing anything else that day.

Yesterday I sat around and watched TV aaaalllll day. Heh. I watched the Christmas “Boy Meets World” when they were like eleven, and then the episode after it where everyone thought Topanga was pregnant, and she was really just dieting…heh…And then two episodes of Full House. Then I took a shower and watched an E! documentary thing over the “young royals,” such as Prince William and others who were far less important. *giggles* So I did that for two hours…heh. And when my dad came home during the last 20 minutes, he shook his head and laughed at me for being a loser and watching the little TV special on the teen/young adult royals. XD

Finally took the candle to Jeremy and Jami that they ordered for my fundraiser at Thanksgiving…

And my precious brother got home last night! *squees* We helped him bring all his stuff in, and it was mucho exciting. It’s nice to have him back. :)

Haven’t done anything at all today…lol…except make a few icons. Yeah. And my net was down for the majority of the day, so it was dumb. Bleh. *kicks Comcast* So incompetent.

CHRISTMAS EVE IS ON FRIDAY OMG SQUEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!1111 <33333333333333 *has a spaz-attack*

    <lj:music>"Write This Down" -- George Strait</lj:music>

Okay, I have an update to do, but I'm not doing it because it's late...but I just read (who knows why) this disgrace and left a constructive review...It's one of those terrible canon attempts...I was still nice though...I'm really not great at constructive reviews, but I'm trying. Maybe they'll catch on. *snorts*

I understand that you're upset about stories where Connie may cheat on Guy, but yelling at your readers is a mild putoff. A more tactful thing to have said would be: "I've noticed a lot of stories where Connie cheats on Guy, and that really bugs me, so I decided to write one where she stays with him and deals with all of the rumors regarding her" and so on. I know I personally was really put off by the yelling and accusations before I even started reading the chapter. Chances are, people aren't going to get upset with you for writing a story about Connie not cheating on Guy.

The idea is a pretty good one. There aren't just tons of Connie stories, but there are a few minor mistakes I found.

Connie's last name is spelled "Moreau" and not "Marou."

This is minor, and it could just be my neurotic tendencies, but the teacher saying Miss Marou/Moreau in every sentence was a bit repetitive and redundant. Picky, yes, and other readers may not notice, but I figured I'd mention it since it stuck out to me, and that's what reviews are for. Trying to help with constructive criticism.

And Charlie's outburst seemed very out of character to me. From all the times I've watched the movies, he seems to come off as someone helping and supporting his teammates; not someone who's tearing them down for getting a detention. Connie and Charlie have always struck me as good friends, and in D3 they seemed relatively close. Him screaming at her for a petty thing like that didn't really make sense when paralleled with the movie.

It's another personal opinion, but I know others share it with me. I think a lot would be added to the story if you included more description. Everyone loves dialogue, but it's sometimes hard to get into the feel of the story if the chapter is short and mostly dialogue. Your more visual readers will want a picture.

One last picky thing is that there are a few times you put commas where there should be periods. (Ex: "I sighed, when I’m having a bad day, Guy is always there for me," should be "I sighed. When I'm having a bad day, Guy is always there for me," or "I sighed; when I’m having a bad day, Guy is always there for me.") When you have two sentences like that, a period or semicolon is needed. There's a few places in which that occurs, but that one was just in plain view since I'm at the bottom of the chapter.

I might suggest a beta for the minor grammatical and spelling errors; betas also help with the redundancy of something, like the "Miss Marou/Moreau" I mentioned earlier. If they think something sounds awkward, they're helpful.

Before you dismiss this as a flame, I need to say I don't want this to come off as tearing you down, because that's not what it's meant to do. The reviewing system is just so abused these days, and there's few reviews that are being used as a TOOL for the author, like they were designed to be. These are just my suggestions as a fellow author, and I hope you consider them. Happy writing.

<lj:music>"Livin' la Vida Loca" -- Eddie Murphy and Antonio Banderas</lj:music>

Wow, done that lazy thing again. My bad.

*frowns* But last night my grandpa died...it was my mom's dad. My parents drove to Arlington to take him to the hospital around probably three or so and left me at the house...They got there and took him to the hospital; he had really low blood pressure and has been having episodes of weakness and dizzyness and such...that's why they were taking him. But something happened at the hospital and he stopped breathing. They did CPR for thirty minutes to an hour and just couldn't bring him back. When I was at home unaware of this all, the funeral home called me and asked if my mom was there...I didn't think twice. I guess the thought crossed my mind, but then I remembered that my mom had said she didn't think this was gonna be a big deal, so I banished the thought and told the guy she wasn't home. About twenty minutes later at about 10:40, my parents got back and told me...It's kind of like how it was with my Aunt Sandy in the fact that I can't see it as really being real. I didn't get to see him very often, but I definitely have seen him more in the past year ever since his second wife (he got a divorce with my mom's mom and remarried a woman named Barbara who eventually became bedridden, thus not allowing him to see us unless we could drop by) passed away. I was teaching him how to use Gimp since he's an artist...He's an amazing painter, and I was helping him with using the computer to do close to the same thing...We were getting closer, he was attending family events with us all for the first time since he and my Granny got divorced back when my mom was in high school, I think. Either that or junior high. He and my Granny could enjoy holidays in the same room without any bitterness at all. Everything was fitting together again. *sighs* It's just depressing. But again, I can't get upset, and it's aggravating. I want to be upset about it.

I'm at my Granny's house right now because my parents didn't want to leave me alone at the house all day.

But moving on...:( For now I'll just try not to think about it.

All my finals are done, and I'm off for winter break now, so that's good. I got all A's on every final and in every class. I told you I would do it. :)

Nothing leaps out as worth mentioning at the moment...I know there was stuff, but again, I waited until a few days later when my memory fails me. *nods* I do that.

So I haven't done much on my first full day off of school. My parents woke me up at about ten, probably, we left the house by eleven, and got to my Granny's at twelve. I had fish sticks...play Final Fantasy VII for about two minutes before deciding to watch Dawson's Creek instead. I brought pretty much my entire room...my PS2, games, CDs, every Joshua Jackson movie I own...So I played trivia on my Season Four Dawson's Creek DVDs...heh...then I just finished watching "A Winter's Tale," which was the DC episode with the ski trip. *squees* Heh, and I fast-forwarded through al the Dawson parts and only watched the ski trip parts, because Dawson and Mr. Brooks were boring. XD All about the precious Pacey/Joey love...and silly Jack and Jen...and Pacey being all NOBLE and turning down that Anna chick! *dies with love* How dare she proposition him and threaten his relationship with Joey! Lol. Though it was amusing...and made me love him more...if that's possible...I love that episode. Lol.

So yeah...that's about it...now I'm in a very Pacey/Joey mood. Hmm.

    <lj:music>"Saints and Sailors" -- Dashboard Confessional</lj:music>

Lemme see…:P

Yesterday…umm…oh yes, yesterday was Sunday. XD Got up and went to my granny’s church because her birthday is on Wednesday. Aunt Stacy and my cousin Ryan were there. :P I wore my letter jacket. Hee. I’m so k3wl. Lol. I swear I never take that thing off. XD

Ha, I am such a loser…leave me alone. :P

We all went to Chili’s afterwards for the celebration. :) It was me, my parents, my Aunt Stacy and Cousin Ryan, Granny, Uncle David and Aunt Wendy, and the song leader from my Granny’s church, Royal. We gave her presents, had cake, ate far more than we should have, had great fun…I (ha) had Chicken Cajun Pasta…again. XD I swear I am SO predictable.

Came home and went between RP-ing and studying for finals for most of the day…Around 5:30-6 I rejoined my parents…lol…then at 6:15 as we were getting ready to watch a Christmas movie, I get a call from Abby…and she’s at ROCK Groups. I had totally forgot about them. Lol.

But that just made me feel really special, ya know? Like she isn’t only tolerating me. With a lot of people I feel like they only tolerate me, even if that isn’t actually how it is. Abby calls me even though I know I’m not the most fantastic friend. She plans stuff and doesn’t let me sit at home on a Sunday night when I should be at ROCK Groups. She said they missed talking to me. :) I haven’t been a few weeks because we’re visiting around other churches…so I felt so loved. The only person I can ever think of that has said they “miss talking to me” is Ali. Maybe I’m just weird.

Anyway, I got my parents to take me. I only ended up being thirty minutes late, and the first hour of the two is just socializing…As I arrived, they were watching the animated Grinch movie. So I plopped down between Abby and Becca, and we sang all the songs and annoyed the boys…because they were being dumb and making fun of THEY GRINCH! It was very rude. We threw Abby’s slipper at them. *nods* Zane, Matt, Landon, what are we going to do with you?!

So I ate gingerbread cookies and such, and when the movie finished, we had the lesson…and it was funny…but no time to explain. :P

Today was my first finals…ugh. I had French II and Pre-AP Eng II as my first two class periods…I walked a bit with Ian before class (because we both walk from the bus loop and tend to run into each other) before he headed off to do something, and I found Ashton…who made fun of me and teased me about “liking Ian.” Where do people get such foolish ideas? *shakes head*

Both finals were very easy, and I breezed through them early.

I had so much time to write afterwards but no inspiration…*sighs* It was depressing.

I had biology and P.E. afterwards…and sadly, it felt like I should be going for two periods more after those because those are usually my first two. Lol. It was scary.

Came home and left again to go Christmas shopping with my mom. I had read “Connie’s” post in the eden_hall RPG and it depressed me…lol…so I was all somber and staring off into space, and my mom was like “What’s wrong?” the whole time. XD I’m like “nothing…” Heh. She probably thinks I knocked a screw loose. XD

I got a few hints to give my parents for their presents to me, such as CDs, DVDs, etc…

And I bought gifts for Abby, Becca, Mariana, and Victoria…I’m still working on Ashton’s. I got Abby, Becca, Mariana, and Victoria all bath/shower gift sets…Abby a chocolate/coffee mocha themed set (she LOVES coffee and chocolate…can you blame her?); Becca’s getting a Cinnabon (a cinnamon roll company, I dunno if you’ve heard of it) themed one; Mariana and Victoria are getting one of two sets I got…I can’t tell the “flavor,” but they were some type of fruit and they looked pretty. :) I’m gonna get Ashton something to do with dragons since she adores/collects dragon stuff and really isn’t that girly…she’d be like “yeah…thanks…totally will never use this, but thanks.” Lol.

So that was fun. :)

Came back…we ate spaghetti and watched a movie called “Snow”…that about wraps things up until tomorrow. :)

    <lj:music>"Drown" -- Three Days Grace</lj:music>

Madrigal Dinner is officially behind me. My lower back hurt like heck for like the last half because we stood up so long yesterday and today…and my feet hurt because we were wearing slippers…and I was starving because I hadn’t eaten since one, and everyone around was eating…but it’s all good. XD

Woke up at about noon today…took a shower, got dressed, did my hair, completely cleaned the bathroom, did the 2004 survey I posted earlier, ate some mac ‘n’ cheese, waited for my grandparents to get here…and that sums up from about noon to 5:15. XD And my mom took a picture of me in my dress in from of our tree (two birds with one stone!) but it was with a normal camera so there’s no telling when it’ll get developed, scanned, and posted. XD

Got there and hung out in the choir room for awhile until it started. Me and Julie tried to work on “Once Again It’s Christmas,” but it didn’t really work because well…it just didn’t. It was a nice effort though. A lot of people don’t/didn’t know their part. *sighs and smacks forehead* I talked to Victoria, Edgar, Breann, and John. John was my partner dude at the beginning of the year when we did a “get to know ya” activity, but to be honest I don’t remember any of it. XD Except his name, I remember the name. Lol. And that he’s like a foot taller than me. Lol. Afterwards we ended up whining because we didn’t want to clean up. XD

When it got to be about seven, we walked down this tiny pathway mini-hallway-thing to the cafeteria where the dinner was, and the cafeteria was separated from the hall we were in by two sets of double doors. The hallway thing we were in was pitch black and everyone was like “sorry if I inappropriately touch anyone!” Lol. The guys are all like “oops, I didn’t mean to touch your butt like fifty times; it’s not like I’m a hormonal teenage guy in a pitch-black hallway with a bunch of girls and no chaperones.” XD We were all feeling claustrophobic. And people kept talking which irritated me (and pretty much everyone else) because no one would shut up…The “shh-ing” didn’t help and made it sounds like we were surrounded by snakes…Oh well. Lol.

The dinner itself wasn’t too bad…but I shall rant anyway.

My table didn’t like us, I don’t think. They were pretty rude. At least some of them…They didn’t stand up to “bow to the king”…I guess I can kind of understand, but everyone else was and it was so obvious. It just irked me because then they started complaining that we needed to “get on with it” and then drank their drink before they were supposed to. We were supposed to “toast the Wassail” as soon as it was served to anyone, but the girl our age at the table had like all of hers gone…we told them it wouldn’t be much longer and got them water and tea…but as we did that, she drank it while we were gone. Minor to everyone else, probably, but it got on my nerves. She got on my nerves. The whole night…I swear. Then when April, who was a “jester,” came over and greeted them, they instantly made fun of her as soon as she walked off. Then they made fun of Adam after he juggled, and I swear by this point I wanted to smack them. They made a face when we spoke in our British accents and they thought we weren’t looking. -_- I don’t know why they even bothered to come if they’re gonna be like that. I bet they’re gonna be one of those people who complain about the dinner, just as people do every year, just because they’re dumb.

And even though Stephanie’s a buddy of mine, she was irking me tonight. Maybe I was just easily irked…but she kept trying to take over my job. I don’t ask much, I really don’t. I never lead anything, but I wanted to lead this. Being the leader was my job, and </i>my</i> thing. I had the control and I knew what was going on. I didn’t want someone telling me how to do my job when for once I actually wanted to be a leader of something. Usually it scares me, but this didn’t scare me. She was being controlling and telling me what to do when I’m the one who did this year and has done it before. She would take the cups out of my hand when I went to refill them and take the dirty plates when I was trying to take them to the line; this bothered me because I wanted to be doing something and had told her I could handle it. She told me and Marisa what we were supposed to be doing, who was getting what…Then she said “we should get a pitcher of water, but then again what do I know” in a way that seemed to say “you’re an idiot and not doing this, but I’m not going to come out and say it”…whether or not she meant that is another story, but my night was bad enough as it was without her patronizing me.

Granted I didn’t say anything because…well…I’m not very confrontational. *nods* I just pretended it didn’t bother me and did my best to retake control. It kinda sifted in and out. I think I’m over it now, but it was bugging the crud out of me as I was exhausted and annoyed and irritable…but of course I remained absolutely sugary sweet to everyone. XD Because that’s just how I am. Then I come here and rant to let out the frustrated energy. *nods* Y’all are so lucky. :P

It really honestly wasn’t that bad though…I had fun and all, but I’m just ranty because I’m drained from the whole thing. There were still people who didn’t completely know all parts of “Once Again It’s Christmas,” and this will probably sound mean (I’m on a roll here) but there was one Alto in the Women’s Chorale who stuck out like a sore thumb. She was loud, flat, her voice was nasaly, she sang with the worst vowels that could be imagined (as if she was TRYING to do everything Mrs. Newby said NOT to), and when she didn’t know something she would stop singing look around to laugh and be like “ha ha, I don’t know my part, isn’t that funny?” -_- *strangles her and everyone else*

Hehe…but William who played Peter Who Lost His Pan and is Now Searching For It in the play forgot a line, and it was funny…lol…he recovered pretty well and made it amusing. For someone who was annoying at first, he’s redeemed himself over time. We had several little blurbs throughout the night, but really nothing that major at all.

We had to stay after to play CLEANUP CREW! Goodie. So yeah, we did that…and Jessica’s dad dropped me off at my house afterwards since my parents left right after it was over. My Nanna and Granddad drove in for it, so they headed back then. My dad was the one who videotaped the dinner. :P

Okay, I know, I’m probably taking this all too seriously…but it’s been a long night. Give me a break.

Ha, yeah. I’m such the victim. Lol. But I’m gonna go to bed before I make myself sound more like a brat than I probably already do now. XD
What did you do in 2004 that you'd never done before?:
Umm…left the country. *nods*

2. Did you keep your New Year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?:
I’ve never really made New Years resolutions…I always want to, but I never can make myself decide on one. O_O

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?:
I guess Houston and Karen could count as close maybe, but no one really close. Though I wish we were closer. I’m gonna feel bad if someone close did give birth and I don’t remember. O_O

4. Did anyone close to you die?:
Yes, my Aunt Sandy.

5. What countries did you visit?:
Mexico! :)

6. What would you like to have in 2005 that you lacked in 2004?:
More confidence, I guess? Ah, I dunno. Oh, and more dedication, because my stories are seriously suffering.

7. What dates from 2004 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?:
The Mission Trip to Mexico, June 12-19, I think. I’m sure there’s more, but oh well.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?:
…I really don’t know. O_O I can’t think of anything huge I achieved at all. I guess completing driver’s ed? Though I still need drive times. Oh, wait! And completing “Shattered Glass.” :P 71 chapters, yo. Take that.

9. What was your biggest failure?:
Hmmm…probably not finishing NaNo and not being there for Mariana when she had problems with Taylor…I don’t think I talked about this one, but I think that’s why we aren’t as close as I wish we were. I’ll probably go into another time; no room.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?:
Just that horrible psycho coughing/yuckiness I had earlier in the school year. Nothing tragic. Oh, and I got hit in the nose with a basketball! >:/

11. What was the best thing you bought?:
…No big purchases, but I guess various CDs/DVDs are the extent for this year.

12. Whose behaviour merited celebration?:
My brother’s because he’s coming home, and gosh dangit that’s a call for celebration!! Lol. Because I miss him, and I’m selfish.

13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed?:
Ali’s, probably. She needs to dump Steven, I don’t care what she says. She deserves better. I just wish she would listen to me.

14. Where did most of your money go?:
CDs, DVDs, and movies/shopping trips with Abby and other peeps. Ha. So productive, yo.

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?:
Going to Mexico! My birthday! Summer break! Making some friends (though I have seriously got to work on being a better friend)! Christmas coming up! My brother coming home! Umm…Our foster baby coming! Getting Dawson’s Creek DVDs! Meeting all the wonderful people in the eden_hall RPG! The idea of a D4 coming out! Going to New York! A bunch of other stuff! I’m very excitable!

16. What songs will always remind you of 2004?:
Just about anything by 3 Doors Down and any new band I heard. XD I dunno. Bah.

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i) happier or sadder?: I don’t really know. Both in a way, I guess.
ii) thinner or fatter?: Thinner.
iii) richer or poorer?: Not sure about that either…probably the same because my parents are still giving me the same amount and I don’t have a job. *shrugs* Probably richer if anything since I tend to save my money.

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?:
*shrugs* Made more friends? I dunno.

19. What do you wish you'd done less of?:
Dunno that either. Heh.

20. How will you be spending Christmas?:
With my family. We aren’t sure of the exact arrangement because my brother will want to spend part of it with his girlfriend Megan, but either way I’ll be with family.

22. Did you fall in love in 2004?:
Nope. I wish.

23. How many one night stands?:
None. O_O

24. What were your favourite TV programmes?:
Dawson’s Creek, Everwood, 7th Heaven.

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?:
I don’t really hate anyone. O_O Except maybe Steven, and that’s more of a “strongly dislike get the heck away from my friend and stop emotionally traumatizing her before I stab you with a spork.” *nods* Not hate.

26. What was the best book you read?
I think they were from this year…beginning, probably. But I like Bad Boy, Heart On My Sleeve, Breaking Rank, Hard Love, Damage…okay, this was a dumb question on your part.

27. What was your greatest musical discovery?:
I dunno. There were several! Matchox 20, Hoobastank, Finger Eleven, Three Days Grace, I can’t remember if Nickleback or Savage Garden was this year or last…Ahh, I don’t know. Gah.

28. What did you want and get?:
…Some new friends, I guess?

29. What did you want and not get?:
Joshua Jackson. *snaps fingers* Maybe next year.

30. What was your favourite film of this year?:
Such hard questions! Dude…I dunno. Just about every movie I saw. XD I’m fickle.

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?:
I invited friends from school and church here as well as some friends from when I lived in Arlington. We just hung out at my house. I turned 15. :)

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?:
I guess being able to complete NaNo…possibly getting a boyfriend. I still blame Mariana for this. She totally knocked down my “I don’t need a boyfriend! I can be totally independent and happy!” wall with the Steven fiasco. Darn her.

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2004?:
Normal? I dunno. O_O

34. What kept you sane?:
The RPG…heh…writing.

35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?:
JOSHUA JACKSON, OMGSQUEESUPERFANGIRLGLOMPYFEST!!&$^!!!!11*#)*!!!fangirls!!!omgdies!!!11 Hee. :)

36. What political issue stirred you the most?:
The Bush vs. Kerry election time. My goodness, I haven’t seen people get so vicious in quite awhile.

37. Who did you miss?:
Ali. :( And pretty much all my Arlington friends, like Liz and Chris and Shaelyn…

38. Who was the best new person you met?:
I love ALL the new people I met!! *hugs tight*

39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2004:
Friendships don’t always come easy, and sometimes you have to work at them or they disappear.

40. Quote a song lyric that sums up your year:
*whimpers* One would think considering I probably doubled my CD collection I could find one, but I’m too lazy. :/

That was fun...lol...well, I'm about to get ready for Madrigal Dinner. I have to be there in an hour. Catch yas later.

    <lj:music>"Hey Girl" -- Dashboard Confessional</lj:music>

Just got back from the Madrigal Dinner dress rehearsal, and my back hurts from standing up for four hours...

As painful as it was, it seemed easier than last year. Maybe it's jsut because I know what's going on, but it didn't seem quite so bad...We're having it at the junior high instead of the elementary this year, so maybe it being bigger made the stress less or something, but something was different.

I'm a group leader because I was in it last year, and I know what's going on...These two freshman Stephanie (who eats lunch with us on B Days) and Marisa are my little fishies that I shall guide and lead and...stuff. *nods* I feel so...so EMPOWERED! Mrs. Newby gave me POWER! Lol. Of course they listen to me because I'm older and in A Cappella...and with experiance of being a freshman in Women's Chorale last year, getting to speak to anyone in A Cappella made me feel so special. XD So yeah. I had to tell them to stop talking every now and then (Stephanie, darling child, was trying to tell me stories and talk the whole time and I felt terrible having to tell her that we had to be quiet for Mrs. Newby, but she didn't seem to mind...lol)...It made me feel so responsible. Lol.

The play was funny because people kept forgetting lines or skipping parts...and at one point when "Pinnochio's" nose was supposed to grow, the girl who was supposed to stick the broom out to look like a nose was on the wrong side of the stage so she ran across in the middle of the play to the other side. *giggles* It was hilarious. Then precious Freshmasn Tyler kept talking away from the audience...lol...he's so precious. He is so hilarious in the play...*squishes him* Such a dork. It's so cute and precious. Ha ha. All the guy's in the play are freshman, and all but one of the girl's is at least a sophomore. Lol. But the play is pretty freaking hilarious. Great stuff.

They trusted us with fire...hehe...when we sing Silent Night, we get to light candle's and hold them. Lol. It fun stuff.

And people kept saying they liked my dress! *squees* And Freshman Ashley said I looked pretty (after calling me a dork, lol) so that totally got her brownie points on the Freshmen Scale of Coolness. Lol. XD Me? I'm not easily pleased, no not at all. Lol. *giggles and is lying*...*shifty eyes*...

Before rehearsal started, we sat around the tables set up and I talked with Victoria, Edgar, Breann, and Freshmen Stephanie and Marisa in my group. Lol. It was fun. We were goofing off and doing the whole "Star Trek Spock Split Fingers Down the Middle Making a V Thing" thing...lol...and me and Victoria were pretending to be ghetto, and I was amusing them because it's fun. Ha. And since they already think I'm a dork, I no longer feel embaressed acting like one!! XD Hehe. It was great fun. And Breann made me squee because she told me about Victoria and Edgar's first kiss on his 16th birthday and it being her present to him. Hee!

Ummm...Okay, that's enough of the rehearsal for now. Lol.

So I'll start back over.

In the morning, Freshman Stephanie gave us all candy cane reigndeer, and so that was cool. :) I walked around the school with Victoria until class started...but when we stopped at the bottom of the stairs to talk to Stephanie, Adam walked up and I was like "squee!" because Adam's teh cool. Lol. Then Stephanie said something like "we don't want to talk to you!" and he's like "well I didn't come to talk to you, I came to talk to my buddy Chelsea!" and so I was amused. Hee. *fangirls him* He told me that he needs like one or two more drive times for driver's ed, and I told him I still only had one. XD And he's like "whoa, you should get on that." Lol. He gets his license soon, but I still have to wait until April anyway. Or March until I get my license, April until I can drive by myself. Yeah. It was a happy thing, though. Hee. I <33 him so much. Lol. He's such a goof. He plays a jester in the Madrigal Dinner and looks like such a dork because he got stuck with the purple costume!! XD He makes purple look precious though. Lol. It's even pastel! XD Poor thing.

Anyway...where was I...ummm...oh yes, me and Victoria walked around before school...

We worked on final exam reviews in history...had a free period for multimedia since I finished a day early, so I studied for my vocab test in English...final exam review in French...

I can't remember it I said this before, but it's important to my next "story." Ha. The other day I was talking to Mr. Wilhelm in the hallway before school, and he told us how he missed having us (meaning me, Ian, Justin, some kid who had him two years ago, and his other over-achieving students) in his class...His words exactly were "the kids this year are dumb as a rock." No joke. And I have to agree with him from what I've heard. He said there were kids in his class that didn't use the documents in their DBQs. They didn't use the documents in a DOCUMENT-BASED QUESTION ESSAY!! Can you say "idiot"? He also said he was trying a more interactive approach this year, but that he's never doing it again. The grades are higher than they're ever been, but his class if full of morons who can't think. Even the Pre-AP kids, which is sad. *sighs and shakes head* Just makes me that much more proud to have survived his class when he was evil.

Yeah, back to French. So I yeah...I told Ian about that when we were working on our reviews, and it was funny...and we talked with...oh man, I still cannot remember his name, gosh-darnit!! He's the one I was talking to about my ID badge though. Yeah.

Mariana gave me a Christmas gift!! It's some shower lotion and bath salt stuff and it's pretty and SPARKLY! *squees* It was so sweet. I totally need to get her and Victoria (and Ashton and Abby and Becca) but I have no idea what...I shall figure it out eventually.

But on the way back to French, I was walking down the hall and heard these two guys talking, and I don't remember what they said but I thought they were saying "she didn't even look at you" so I didn't figure they were talking about me (because remember, I am invisible) but then as I was walking into the room they called out my last name (off the back of my letter jacket) and then walked on laughing...so was like "what the heck?" Then moved on. Lol. Weird stuff happens and you're no longer invisible when you put on a letter jacket, apparently. O_O It makes all the difference...suddenly, you exist! People are all like "oh, you have a letter jacket! How cool! I wish mine had black sleeves; they only gave us white ones!" Lol. Yeah. o.O

In English, we took quizzes on the second part of "The Odessy" and a vocab test...both of which I think I did well on. :) I totally studied...lol...I'm beginning to think I can actually pull an A afterall. *does the happy dance* And I pulled a 91 in history. ;) Score.

Came home and imediately had to get ready for Madrigal Dinner and be there by five...We saw Adam and a few other guys walking to the junior high as we drove by. Lol. It was pretty funny. We didn't think until a bit later that we should have picked them up. XD Yeah. Heh.

I think that's it for now. :P I'm still worn out from rehearsal though...ugh...

    <lj:music>"Home" -- Three Days Grace</lj:music>

Wore my letter jacket today. :)

Took an openbook test in biology today. XD It was the most awesome thing ever. Lol. But I got a 98, and now I wonder what I could have possibly gotten wrong. XD

Feeling too lazy to say anything about P.E. other than I didn't wanna play basketball, so I sat against the wall with a few freshman...and they spent quite a bit of time near the end trying to figure out the Oompa Loompa song...lol. Odd children. XD

In choir, we broke into small groups...I was with Jamie, Marseline, and Edgar...Jamie's a first soprano, Edgar's a tenor (and Victoria's boyfriend who Mariana hates...lol), and Marseline's an alto like me. Sad thing was I think I was the only one in the group who actually wanted to work and knew what I was doing, so I actually had to lead! Edgar didn't know his part, and bless his heart, is always flat...Jamie couldn't sing without other sopranos...Marseline wasn't sure of our part...So I was switching between soprano and alto constantly trying to keep Jamie and Marseline going on the songs I knew both parts of, and poor Edgar had to fend for himself. We sang like three songs when we were supposed to go through them all. Lol. It was bad. I had a few improv solos there when they, ya know, stopped singing. O_O Hehe. It's all good, though.

At lunch an odd thing happened at the coke machines...I walked up and saw a freshman girl from my choir so I smiled and we said hi to each other. Her friend asked who I was, and she said we were in choir together, so the friend asked what my name was, and I said "Chelsea." She asked my last name, and I told her...then she's like "Oh, I've heard of her" and I'm like "say what?!" I was really confused, because no one knows who I am. I am invisible. O_O I'm of those people who gets to class early and only talks to people in their classes...and doesn't know tons upon tons of people. I don't play sports, and I'm not in band, theater, or ROTC. o.O I can't figure out how in the world a freshman whom I've never seen before would recognize me and my name. O.O It was odd. I don't know many freshman, either. I was gonna ask WHAT she had apparently heard about me, but didn't get the chance. It was so weird. There are still people in my P.E. class and some other classes asking what my name is. XD

Anyway...took the second half of my Alg II test, and there was only two questions so I'm scared. O_O

Didn't do much after school...at all...lol...so yeah. I'm again to lazy to think up anything else exciting.

Ugh, practice from 5-9 tomorrow night. Blah.

    <lj:music>"Am I Missing?" -- Dashboard Confessional</lj:music>

Alright. Name badge story first. *nods*

Two days ago I was sitting in French class before the bell rang to start the class, and I was talking to a guy (who I can't remember his name, darn it...oh well, that's irrelevent to the story) who sits behind Ian (who sits next to me...which is also irrelevent, but shh!). Anyway, we were talking, yes. And Mrs. Jones had put candy in our paper Christmas shoes, so we were on the subject of eating in class. He was saying how he could just eat in class without fear of the teacher taking it up, and I told him how I could never do that because I'm psycho and paranoid and OCD, therefore I would freak out. XD So then I told him how any time I forgot my name badge, I always looked totally suspicious, so I'm always caught. Then I demonstrated how I always conviniently keep my arms in front of me when I forget my badge, or hold a book...and then I reazlied something. I wasn't wearing my badge. So then I started freaking out (just as I said I would)...hehe...I had gone through 2 full class periods without being noticed. So I soon got myself to calm down and return to nonchalance, and I went through the rest of the day without being caught once. It's the first time I've ever broken that rule all day. XD I never knew how people did it, but it's all in how suspicious you act...not that I'll be excersizing that form of rebellion any time soon.

So that was my story. Lol.

Took the test in history, and I'm willing to bet I got at least an A if not a 100. ;) Score. And I started writing a one-shot...it's not angst, but it's different. If I can get it to come out right, I'll post it.

My project in multimedia got deleted AGAIN! It happens EVERY project we do!! It's like a freaking conspiracy! So I had to completely redo it (after oh-so-tactfully hiding my face to not cry...because I'm slightly over-emotional)...I got it done in record time, still a day early...but still. Bah. It happens every time, and it really ticks me off.

Nothing that exciting in French...

Took another prefix/root quiz in English, and I knew all but one...it was a root that changed from "cap" to "cep"...so that REALLY irked me, because I was too confused to figure it out. Bah.

Got my LETTER JACKET, OMG SQUEEEEE!!!!! ^_^ I'm happy. If I can get a picture, I'll post it so you can see. :) It finally has my name and everything on it...took long enough. Lol.

I can't think of anything else...umm...yeah...too lazy to expand. XD

    <lj:music>"The Difference" -- Matchbox 20</lj:music>

Okay, I officially dislike Coach Neubauer again…he gave me an 80-something on my Pres. Portfolio…he said ti wasn’t NEAT enough and that I didn’t include my newspaper paragraph summaries when he was POINTING at them! They weren’t “long enough.” They were too! And I did them, unlike SOME PEOPLE!!! After I asked about it and slunk back to my desk, I just wanted to cry. He doesn’t understand that I DON’T get B’s. That’s just not how it works with me. Is that so difficult to understand? I have one more chance to bring it up if I ace the test on Wednesday…If I get a B, I’ll seriously cry. It’s an 87 now, but that better improve within the next week…after that is exams.

I’m still working on bringing up my English average. I will get A’s. Trust me, I will. Stupid teachers and their stupid B-giving-evilness.

Bah.

Anyway.

We visited another church. I saw this ADORABLE guy who sat in the pew behind us down at the opposite end from us. XD He had his dad came over and introduced themselves during the “greeting visitors” part. His name was Casey. :P He was probably at least a senior in high school (maybe even in college) but he was totally fangirl-worthy. He kinda had the clean-cut church boy cuteness. Hee. And he was like six inches taller than me…adorable smile and precious face! *squees* I kinda felt bad since I was in church, though…heh…But he smiled/winked at me!!! *dies* Too bad I’ll never see him again because the church was too traditional for our tastes…*sighs* If only I could just keep him in my closet with Joshua Jackson...

My mom, dad, and I went to Chili’s for lunch. :) I had Cajun chicken pasta! Yum.

But my mom teased me about Casey the Cute Church Guy on the way home. XD I turned beat red and decided to look out the window. Lol. I was like “hee hee *goofy grin*” XD

Came home and RP’ed on and off for most of the day. My mom worked on my headpiece for Madrigal Dinner. :P My costume is now done. ^_^ Yay.

While I was RP’ing, I read and annotated the first three chapters of “Odysseus.” I’m such a multi-tasker. I’m glad I went ahead and did it…heh…can’t take any chances in English.

At six that night I went to church youth group stuff. We (my youth group ROCK group) met up at the building and ate whatever fast food we brought. I had McD’s…:P…When we were done, we left to do our “12 Days of Christmas.” That’s where we get 12 small presents in a bag and take it to the elderly people in our church congregation. :) Each family gets one bag of 12 small gifts (like hot chocolate or Christmas cups or something), and they open one present every night for 12 days. :) They like to see the teens, so we took the presents and delivered them. We sang Christmas carols and everything…It was fun, and it made us feel all good inside to see them be happy. :)

I of course stuck with Abby and Becca…We all wore Santa hats and made it our mission to force Freshman Matt to wear his. XD He’d take it off, and we’d put it back on. Take off, put on. Then we’re like “oh, but Matt, you look so cute!” and he’d mumble and laugh. So <3able. *squishes his preciousness* And Zane was shoving candy canes down our throats. XD He had brought a whole bunch but people weren’t taking them, so he’s like “I know you want a candy cane *shoves it in your hands and runs*” Lol. Abby hates candy canes, so he didn’t find that very cool. I took two to make him feel better. XD <3 It was great.

Came home and RP’ed some more…worked on some graphics for capduckca’s quiz. ^_^ So far I have Charlie, Fulton, Luis, and Adam done. I just have the rest of the D3 Ducks to go. :)

Oh, I forgot to say that the light in my room burned out, so we were almost late for church. XD It’s like “my bad.” I always wake up when my mom flips on the light (I need it to be dark to sleep, so light wakes me up), so when she couldn’t do that, I kept on sleeping! XD I had 30 minutes to get up, showered, hair washed, dressed, and ready. I had to eat breakfast on the way. :P Oops.

Today my light is still out (and it will be tomorrow), but my mom didn’t leave the room until I was up this time. Lol.

You’ve already heard about history today…but it turns out the test on Wednesday is supposed to be easy. 50 fill-in-the-blank questions with a word bank. *has a mood swing* Maybe he’s not that evil. XD That’ll be the easiest Pre-AP test ever. I’m gonna STUDY for once, though. XD I can usually get A’s without it (I NEVER study), but I’m not taking my chances.

Worked on my project in multimedia…forgot my spiral so I didn’t get to work on my Charlie/Gordon angst. -_- Hehe, but one of the straps of my backpack got caught up in the wheel of my chair, so I yanked it up and it would come. When I kept yanking with no success, I got down on the floor, flung my chair on it side, put my feet on the bottom of the chair, and started yanking in the middle of the floor…and no one even noticed/said/did anything. XD Luckily I eventually got it free…but it was pretty funny/weird. Lol.

Took the passe compose quiz in French…we had a sub…got our pencil and candy canes from our “Christmas shoe.” :) Watched “The Count of Monte Cristo”…

Took a prefix quiz in English that I was TOTALLY ready for it and ACED it!! XD And a Odysseus quiz that I got an 80 on, but that wasn’t TOO bad. Lol. Nothing terribly exciting…but more to annotate, and we have our final review on Friday, exam on Monday. This semester is really almost over. O_O

Not much else exciting happened…O_O Oh, other than my LETTER JACKET being done! My mom’s picking it up tomorrow! *squees* So I won’t have it until tomorrow evening, but oh well! *squees*

Another choir rehearsal tomorrow…bah…*sighs* Oh well.

Night, world. :P
